Carmo Immobilier is an independent agency based in Pétange, which puts people, rigour and transparency at the heart of every project. Our approach is simple: to guide you clearly and concretely through all your real estate projects: buying, selling, renting or valuation, in Pétange, Differdange, Esch-sur-Alzette, Dudelange and throughout the south of Luxembourg.

What I do for you when you sell

• A free, reasoned valuation after a visit, based on actual notarised sales (LPVI method, European TEGoVA standards).
• A fair asking price from day one, to sell within the first weeks rather than let the property go stale on the market.
• Marketing: listing, distribution on the main Luxembourg property portals, qualified viewings.
• Negotiation and follow-up of the file up to the deed at the notary.

Who I am

I’m David Carmo, founder of the agency, active in the profession since 2008. Before founding CARMO Immobilier, I was sales manager at Immo-Future, a property developer whose off-plan projects I still market in full. Alongside my work in the field, I am a founding member and board member of the Fédération des Agents Immobiliers (FAI) and a board member of the Académie de l’Immobilier where I teach as a trainer. Like the agency, I am also a member of FIABCI-Luxembourg, the International Real Estate Federation. A former board member and former member of the disciplinary council of the Chambre Immobilière of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, I have defended the same convictions there. These commitments all say one thing: I take this profession seriously, and I practise it with passion.
