I’m David Carmo, founder of Carmo Immobilier. I’ve been working in real estate since 2008, with one clear goal: to do things seriously, honestly, and always in the best interest of my clients.

Alongside my daily work, I am a founding member and board member of the Fédération des Agents Immobiliers (FAI), created in 2026 to represent and support real estate agents in Luxembourg. I also sit on the board of directors of the Académie de l’Immobilier, where I teach as a trainer, and on the disciplinary council of the Chambre Immobilière. A former board member of the Chambre Immobilière of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, I keep the same commitment: to share knowledge, guide others, and uphold a profession I’m passionate about.
